## Return Policy – How to Return a Product
If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:
1. First, make sure that your order has been successfully placed and delivered.
2. After the delivery is completed, go to your *Profile* section and select *Orders*.
3. Find the product you wish to return and click on the *Return* option.
4. Select the reason for your return request and submit it for review.
5. Our team will verify the reason and inspect the return request. If the product is found to be genuinely damaged, mismatched, broken, defective, or otherwise eligible under our return guidelines, we will approve the return.
6. Once the returned product is successfully received and verified by our team, we will process a *100% refund* to your original payment method.
## Refund Process
Once your return request has been approved and the returned product has been successfully received and verified by our team, we will initiate the refund process.
You will receive an email from us containing a refund form. Please complete the form by providing your preferred refund details, such as your *UPI ID, **bank account number*, account holder's name, and any other information required to process the refund.
After we receive and verify the submitted details, your refund will be processed successfully. The refunded amount will be transferred to the account or UPI ID provided by you. You will be notified once the refund has been completed.
Please ensure that all refund details submitted are accurate to avoid any delay in receiving your refund.
