Returns & Refunds
Can I return a personalized item?
Because our engraved and printed products are custom-made specifically for you, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for correctly fulfilled personalized items once they are delivered.
What if my item arrives damaged or has a printing error?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item arrives damaged, is lost in transit, features a misprint, or is the wrong product due to an error on our end, we will gladly arrange a return and process a full refund.
